How do I compress a JPG without losing quality?

JPEG is lossy, so there's always a trade-off, but you can usually drop to ~75% quality with no visible difference and a much smaller file. The slider here shows the result and the new size before you download.

Will it change the dimensions?

No — by default it keeps the same width and height and only re-compresses. You can also scale it down if you want it even smaller.
