QR Code for Restaurant Menus

Put your menu on every table — update it anytime without reprinting.

A menu QR code lets diners pull up your menu on their own phone — contactless, always legible, and free to make. Make it a dynamic QR and you can change prices, add specials or swap the whole menu after the codes are already printed on your tables, with no reprinting. No app for the customer, no watermark, no monthly fee.

Update prices without reprinting

A dynamic QR points to a link you control — change the menu PDF or page and every printed code instantly shows the new version.

Contactless & always readable

Each diner reads it on their own screen at their own zoom — no shared, sticky, faded laminated cards.

See how many people scan

Dynamic codes show you scans per day, so you can tell which table tents and locations actually get used — free, no tracking pixels.

How to make it

  1. 1Host your menu somewhere with a link — your website, a Google Drive PDF, or a free smart-link page.
  2. 2Choose the Link tab below (or flip to ⚡ Dynamic so you can edit it later) and paste that link.
  3. 3Add your logo and brand colours, and a 'Scan for menu' frame.
  4. 4Download and print it as a table tent, sticker or card.

FAQ

Can I update my QR menu without reprinting the codes?

Yes — make it a dynamic QR. The printed image stays the same forever; you just re-point it to a new menu link anytime (new prices, seasonal specials, a whole new menu). Static codes, by contrast, are locked to one link.

Do customers need an app to scan a menu QR code?

No. Every modern iPhone and Android opens QR codes straight from the camera app. The customer just points their camera at the code and taps the link that appears.

How do I make a QR code for a PDF menu?

Upload the PDF somewhere you control (your website, Google Drive, Dropbox) to get a link, then make a QR code pointing to that link. We never host your file — you bring the link, so the code keeps working as long as your link does.
